trading company which concentrates on import of chemical raw material
or related products.
In particular, we specialize in

Textile
Chemical for
the dyeing and finishing industries. We are sole agent for Sumitomo Chemical,
Meisei Chemical and Asahi Chemical all from Japan, in dyes, auxiliaries
but no pigments. We have our own laboratory to service our customers. We
also have a manufacturing base in China for sulfur intermediates.

Polyolefin
Plastic Resin
for film making and injection. We act as agent or sole agent for Sumitomo
Chemical, Mitsubishi Chemical, TPC (Singapore), SPDC (Saudi), Titan (Malaysia) and SK (Korea).
- Engineering
Plastic Resin
for the electric appliance industries. The products include Polycarbonate
from Mitsubishi, ABS from Formosa(Taiwan), HBS from Dongbu(Korea), EPS
from Kumho(Korea) and compounds from SK (China).

Raw
Material for the Adhesive, Shoes and Rubber Industries,
sales consists mainly of EVA from Sumitomo Chemical, also Cyanobond, MBA,
SBR, Peroxides, accelerator, catalyst etc. but the latter are insignificant.

Material for Semiconductor Industries,
we act as the agent of Sumitomo Bakelite Co., Ltd. and Japan Sumicarrier Sinapore
Pte Ltd. for the sale of carrier tape, cover tape and reel to the semiconductor
factories in Hong Kong and Southern China.

Geosynthetic
for Construction Industry,
we act as sole agent for Nylex for the sale of products related to geotechnical
side of civil engineering work. We also act as sole agent for Usahaniaga
Teknik for the sale of Hot-Dip Galvanised Guard Rail , Zeon Japan for the
sale of Sandam Soundproofing Materials,Malaysian Roofing Industries Sdn
Bhd for the sale of Metal Roofing Tile System, Star Communications Holding
Corp. for the GPS to the fleet management in logistics industry.
In most case,
we buy for our own account before distribution to our customers and we keep
stock in Hong Kong for our customers. We are customer oriented and working towards
the "Total Solution Provider". Recently we set up offices in Shanghai
and Shenzhen which can work with VAT invoice with China domestic customers.
Our turnover is in the mid 9 figures in Hong Kong dollars excluding commission
business in each of the three offices. In each of the above except 6, we are one of the leading companies
in the field.
